“We love to entertain,” adds Holly. “I’m really looking forward to hosting friends and family in our new kitchen and great room overlooking the city. And having that clubroom with a catering kitchen and bar on the 26th floor means we can host larger parties right downstairs. It’s perfect.”

“And this being the only new construction opportunity in the area made The Laurel the only choice for us,” concludes Chip. “We’ve had a great experience with the sales team, by the way. We feel very good about our decision.”
